Design Notes

This part gave the smallest unit of functional PPK(cds) and its function had been verified by two teams(17_Manchester and 18_WHU-China ), we create this part in order to provide a smallest cds unit to assemble a bigger pathway!

Primers for isolation of the gene with BioBrick Prefix in the fwd primer and Suffix in the rev primer.

We found this part by searching PPK and found it in a pathway of 17_Manchester team. Also, we attained this part by PCR from E.coli.BL21.
